- Linden Pond, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Hingham has a 300-person waiting list.
- NewBridge on the Charles, a CCRC in the planning stages in Dedham, has twice as many applicants than units planned.
- Hunters Ridge, an active adult community planned for Sharon, already has 300 inquiries for a 51 unit development.
