Brickstone in Boston
In Boston, Brickstone made its mark in the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of turn-of-century mills, transforming them into Class A office campus environments. Rehabilitation projects in Andover, Newton, North Andover, Wakefield, Clinton and Cambridge have become home to several high profile companies.
Brickstone also developed Minuteman Park, a 150-acre office park in Andover, Massachusetts. In Methuen, Massachusetts, Brickstone developed a new retail shopping center, which required complete demolition of a 600,000 square foot antiquated mall, new zoning and a new site plan.
