- 250 acres of open space will be deeded to the Town of Sharon, including Rattlesnake Hill, at no cost.
- 60 acres will be maintained as restricted land.
- $3 million in projected annual net revenue. The Town of Sharon will keep 79 cents for every dollar collected.
- $6 million in water system improvements that will result in improved water flow and fire protection for homes. These water improvements may lead to lower insurance rates and higher property values for these homes.
- $690,000 in public safety vehicle donations or for other town needs.
- Much-needed quality housing with services for Sharon seniors.
- New customers and opportunities for area businesses.
- 300 new permanent jobs and many temporary construction jobs.
Affordable housing: Brickstone Properties will work with the Town of Sharon to create affordable housing units. Brickstone Properties will partner with Simpson Housing to create 36 affordable units and will contribute $1 million to the Sharon Housing Partnership and the town to help create an additional 33 affordable units.
