- Sharon Hills will consist of 624 high end senior housing one and two-bedroom units and four par-3 golf links. It will contain six, eight-story, residential buildings surrounded by trees and will be barely visible from the road or from nearby homes. View the Development Plan.
- 250 of the 337 acres will be deeded to the Town of Sharon, including Rattlesnake Hill. An additional 36 acres will be restricted. Sharon Hills will be surrounded by an additional 24 acres of trees and greenspace. View the Land Use Plan.
- There will be an amenities building located in the center of the housing and a 150-bed nursing care facility, as well as underground parking.
- Sharon Hills will be serviced by a utility building, small wastewater treatment building and a new high-pressure water system.
- Main access will be off of Bay Road, with emergency access off Mountain Street.
- The community will be restricted to age 62 and above. We expect the average age of the resident population to be 75.
